Advantage Advertising & Engravings believes that you will be pleased with the personalized products you purchase from us. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they are personalized just as you’ve requested. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be due to material defects or personalization errors. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
You may return these undamaged products to us, using the process noted below, within 7 days of the date you received the product. If the items are returned within this time frame, we will either exchange them or offer you a refund – if we are unable to furnish a suitable replacement.
To return an item to please complete and send us a Return Material Authorization request form. We will review your request and respond/contact to you within 1 Business Day to discuss the most appropriate remedy. If we agree to a return or exchange is warranted we will send you a postage paid Return Address Shipping Label and detailed shipping instructions.
